'Former NME snapper Chris Clunn has the past spent 25 years recording the lives of ordinary — and often extraordinary — Londoners going about their business: from auto-spares men to Evening Standard sellers and the infamous bummarees (porters at Smithfield market). Now that many of Clunn's favorite characters no longer exist, these black-and-white images provide fascinating insight into bygone times, when the capital was populated with Pearly Kings and Queens, rag-and-bone men and accordion players.'
